So this was another DealGrocer find. I saw a promo at DealGrocer and got a voucher for us to use to be able to unwind.
Cintai Corito’s Garden is located at Balete, Batangas and is just about 1-1.5 hours from Manila. The package is inclusive of:
- Overnight Stay in a Deluxe Villa for 2
- Set breakfast for 2
- Welcome Drinks
- Free use of Movie Room
- Complimentary access to Swimming Pools & access to public facilities
- Deal Grocer coupon holders can avail of Set Dinner for 2 for Php600 (worth Php1,000)
The place is Balinese inspired. Most of the decor reminded me of Bali Garden where we held my mom’s 65th birthday but this was so much better. I love the pavillions and the gardens. They were so… green. 😀 Hehe. So many plants and flowers and CJ had so much fun just walking around the gardens. Everything screams Bali, even the trashcans!
The website said that there are 4 swimming pools but we only saw 2. I guess this gives us a reason to go back soon and explore more. They have a restaurant, spa (that I didn’t get to visit) and playground.
There is no TV and wifi in the room so it’s a nice way to just disconnect from the city and just bask in nature. Kinda like Sonya’s Garden. 😀
Our villa had 2 queen-sized beds and I think it can fit up to 4 people. I just wish there was a bath tub for CJ to soak in because for some reason, he wasn’t in the mood for the pool. 🙂
We had fun at the playground where CJ got to try out the slide and swing for the first time.
There are also free-roaming animals where CJ met Bambi (the pony) and a couple of peacocks, geese and chickens. It was funny because I learned that it was the first time the hubby has seen a peacock with its feathers wide open for display. 😀 CJ got to ride Bambi for a few seconds (he was scared) and we got to feed the koi fishies too.
Our family definitely enjoyed the place and we would LOVE to go back and explore it more.
On our way home, we passed by Queen’s Honey Bee Farm where we bought some honey and peanut butter. The owner invited us to their bee farm where we got up close with the bees. 🙂
